このような英文法の構造はどのような場合に使うのでしょうか?
英語では、‘there is’ と ‘there are’ を使って、次のような場面で何らかの存在を表現します。
‘There is somebody at the door.’
(誰かがドアの前にいる。)
または、何かの存在についてたずねる際にこのフレーズを使います。
‘Are there any questions?’

2 つの形があります:there is と there are は、目的語が単数か複数かによって使い分けます。,

単数形と複数形の肯定形、否定形、疑問形は次のように作ります:

'Will' と 'going to be は、たとえば上記の 2 行の文のように、英語を話す際に置換できることがよくあります。
‘‘there is’ Vs ‘there are’ を使う際の英文法の例外

短縮形では there is not に 2 つの使い方があります:

このように exist または appear を使うことはできません。英語では、常に動詞の前に主語を必要とするためです。
