Aptis
Aptis is a new and innovative global English assessment tool from the British Council. It is designed to help organisations reach more people, connect with them and raise standards of English. Aptis is an English test for adults, which can be used to assess ability in all four English skills - speaking, listening, reading and writing. It also allows organisations and individuals to develop specific English skills, with the ability to test just one skill, e.g. listening only (combined with the core grammar and vocabulary component).
Aptis is uniquely flexible and accessible; it allows you to test the skills relevant to your requirements accurately, and get results within a maximum of 48 hours. Aptis is an affordable and easy-to-deliver test, with fresh, relevant content that allows you to assess a large number of candidates with a minimum of fuss.
