I've been teaching English since 2011. I taught in the UAE and Vietnam before joining British Council Japan in 2015. Over the years I have taught a variety of courses for young learners in pre-primary, primary and secondary contexts as well as courses for university students and adults. I enjoy supporting learners in their language development and observing their progress over time.

Before teaching, I worked in the tax compliance industry in Singapore and the English language was the tool used to communicate with clients all over the world. Through that, I found my passion in teaching, especially with young learners. Children have so much energy which is precious for the classroom and their potential is limitless. I look forward to discovering every child's potential!

Since beginning my teaching career in 2007, I have gained a wealth of experience across educational levels, from kindergarten to high school.
