Then this workshop is perfect for you. We will look at the best ways to practice and develop speaking skills at home, and look at what stages your child goes through as they grow and develop. By knowing about these stages, you can find out about how best to help their language development.

How to develop speaking skills – We will look at how children naturally develop their speaking skills, and practice some different games and activities you can use at home to help develop speaking.

- The different stages a child encounters as they grow up along with trying some games and activities you can use to help your child at the different stages.
- How to create a positive English environment at home – We will look at ways you can create positivity towards English at home, so children don’t see it as subject to be studied.

Best for: Parents and guardians with children of 2-10 years old, and people who work with children of those ages
English level for participants: Pre-intermediate (CEFR A2) and above is preferred.
Fee: 3,500 yen (current BC students: 3000 yen) Pay with Peatix

*On the day at the British Council we won’t have facilities for child care so unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from those accompanied by children.
